Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production Time

All items in our store are custom-made and produced on demand by our partner, Printify. This means that each product is created specifically for your order.

After you place an order, there is a production period before the item is shipped. This typically takes 2–7 business days. During peak seasons, such as holidays, this time may be longer.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the product's destination, weight, and the shipping method you select. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, which will be presented to you during checkout.

Since our products are fulfilled by different print providers through Printify, your order may arrive in multiple packages if you purchase items from different providers. Each package will have its own tracking number, and you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each one.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, here are the general estimated delivery times:

• United States: 2-8 business days

• Canada: 10-30 business days

• International: 10-30 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Delivery times can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, postal service issues, and weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey until it reaches you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if that address was entered at checkout.

All shipping addresses

The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:

• The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
• The limit for Address Line 1 is 35 characters, and for Address Line 2, it is 30 characters.
• Printify does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

International delivery

• Your phone number is required to ensure smooth delivery.

PO box delivery

• Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at your own risk.
• PO boxes come in various sizes, so it’s your responsibility to ensure that the ordered product will fit in your PO box.
  
• The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:
  • First name: John (matching the name on the box)
  • Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
  • Address 1: PO Box 1776
